I'm having a pre-art opening party at the ICP studios in a few weeks and I'm trying to get together some visuals for the show.

I found this Bettie Page DVD on Amazon which has a great feature:

"The best part of the DVD is, yes, the silent, black and white arcade film loop of Bettie made specifically for those old-time coin-activated viewers....Bettie gyrates up to a point, then the screen is suddenly blocked out with a caption telling the viewer to insert coins to see more of the film. This of course occurs at a regular basis throught this particular short, as it did when those types of films were originally shown. Classic camp!"

Now, as cool as the Bettie Page film loop could be, I wouldn't want it running through the entire show.

I've picked up some of those super-early Popeye/Woody Woodpecker/Fleischer Superman cartoons on the royalty-free discount DVDs you'll find at Big Lots. They're GREAT, especially since the footage is grainy and scratchy as could be, so it provides some great visuals.

But, I'm looking to find some film loop/stock footage DVDs I could also run. Preferably b&w silent film era pieces, that run only a few minutes in length, yet take up the full length of a DVD.

Any advice on where to look? I checked on eBay and only found some cheesy 3-d computer visuals. I definitely want to go with the B&W old film stock look.
